I’ve been through the process of buying a property a few times. Beau is by far the most thorough inspector that I have come across. I mean we are talking about a 70+ page report. You may be thinking that is bit of a lot to read but when you’re going to make a serious financial investment then all that information is worth it. Beau was even available for follow up questions and in no way was in a rush to get off the phone. He provided clear explanations about concerns I had and how to resolve them.
